I will provide the best service for every client I represent.  I will never enter into a client relationship where I know what is expected of me cannot be done in good faith.  I will never tell a client what they want to hear if it is not reality.
When representing my Seller Clients I will always be honest with them regarding proper pricing, property condition and accurate marketing time.  My competitors may tell people what they want to hear in order to temporarily obtain their business, but I will not.  I will always remember to have a winning relationship with my clients so that we can reach our mutual goals!
I will represent my Buyer Clients as their Buyers Agent.  In doing so I will strive to find them the best home possible for their family needs, blending together their needs for family, work, personal worship, hobbies and budget.  I accept the fact that I may periodically lose business because I am truthful with my clients.
